Lois Ann Cox, PA is a Native of NE Ohio (Kirtland) and Graduate of Lakeland Community College with an AA, and a Graduate of Bowling Green State University with BSBA in Marketing, Advertising, Selling & Sales.
After over 23 years of business experience in information technology positions which always included Traveling, Teaching others, and Documenting products (former Account Manager, Technical Writer, and College Instructor), I relocated to Orlando in 2001.
In Orlando, Real Estate has been a natural vocation for me, while helping others and applying quick study of mapping and home knowledge. Much of Central Florida is familiar to me, after servicing the Orange County and Polk County school districts with computerized school bus routing and attendance area planning in the 1980-90s. And I was the last of my immediate family to relocate to Central Florida!
Personally, in Orlando, I have been able to help others while raising my son and finding time to be active in church and school events, PTA, and HOA Secretary. My mother and father were Realtors in Ohio, and I am now utilizing their experience here.
I am Customer needs oriented - I listen and find what you want!
My Real Estate credentials are REALTOR®, GRI (Graduate of Real Estate Institute), Gold Key Certification, Leading RE Marketing Specialist, NHCB (New Home Co Broke), and U.S. Military on the Move Certified Military Specialist
